Send an SMS * to +351 927 944 300 with the word “PIN” followed by space and the last 8 digits of your card number.
Example: PIN 01234567
Then, you will receive an SMS with the PIN that confirms the activation of your card.

How to access the Customer Portal

Once you have activated your card you should register with the portal. To register you must proceed as follows:
- Click on “I do not have Password”;
- Enter your card number and PIN;
- Set your password and choose the security question and answer;
- Log in to the Portal by entering the card holder’s identification number (on the card is the number that is below the holder’s name), and enter the password that you defined previously.
